Periodontal is a specialty that treats diseases of the gums and bones that support the teeth, ranging from mild inflammation in gums to severe inflammation, which is inflammation of the alveolar bone. From the most basic scaling, various treatments are available including gum treatment (gingival surgery, root planing), gum surgery (gingival valve surgery, alveolar osteotomy, alveolar bone regeneration gingival transplantation, aesthetic crown extension, gingival pigmentation) as well as artificial tooth implant. We strive to restore the health and beauty of teeth and gums through various treatments.
Dental Implant means when a tooth is missing due to dental cavities or gum disease, an artificial root made of a special metal such as titanium or titanium alloy, which is harmless to the human body, is implanted in the jawbone and this special metal sticks to the bone so that artificial tooth can be planted. Its purpose is to restore the chewing function and to make it appear aesthetic. Implant is being performed a lot because it has multiple advantages of no need to remove healthy tooth nearby like old days, no need to use denture, and helps to increase retention even when denture is done.
