Trauma Surgery includes professors of surgery, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery, and orthopedics who are dedicated to trauma, and cooperating with emergency medicine, anesthesiology, and radiology medicine.

The regional trauma center is equipped with a trauma resuscitation area, separate operating room, intensive care unit, and angiography room dedicated for trauma patients. These facilities and equipment are available 24/7 for trauma patients only.

The regional trauma center trauma response team operates up to 5 teams 24 hours a day, and provides medical service to more than 25,000 inpatient trauma patients and more than 450 serious trauma patients annually.

In the regional trauma center, medical staffs such as trauma specialists, trauma-experienced nurses and coordinators are committed to provide the best treatment for severe trauma patients.
